What is a lawn greeting?
While the recipient is distracted (at work, asleep, or gone out for dinner), Greetings On The Grass goes to work. We fill the front yard with a personalized message and themed ornaments to announce the occasion to the world. We'll leave it there overnight and then come back late the next day and clean it all up. No muss, no fuss.

What is included in each lawn display?
Each display is personalized to meet the needs of the recipient. The message of your choice (up to 32 characters/spaces---we reserve the right to not place orders that include vulgar or obscene language) will be written our in our original lawn letters across the front of the display. The message will then be surrounded by an appropriate number (this will vary according to the size of the lawn--not as many will reasonably fit in front of a townhouse as will in front of a house on a large lot) of themed pieces of your choice.
Additional letters may be added in increments of 16 letters. Keep in mind that each increment of letters is 8 feet across. The recipient's lawn must be large enough to contain the message.

When will the display be delivered?
The delivery time is up to you.
We like to set the displays up while the recipient is distracted. A popular choice is to have us set up while you are taking the recipient out for a meal (we need a 2 hour window and cell phone number you can be reached at in case of any difficulties). This allows you to be with the recipient and see their reaction.
Many are set up while the recipient is at work. This gives the recipient ample time to enjoy the display and contact friends who might like to come the next day to admire the display.
We also can arrange to deliver in the middle of the night so that the recipient awakens to a fully decorated lawn.

How long will the display be in the recipient's yard?
The display will remain in the recipient's yard for at least one full day. If we deliver in the middle of the night the display will be out the first full day and picked up the second morning. If we deliver in the middle of the day, the display will be picked up shortly before sunset the following day.

How much does it cost?
Prices begin at only $65.00 plus delivery. Call (301) 898-5858 to get further information on the cost of your desired customized display. The fee includes the fully personalized message written out across the lawn and an appropriate number (this will vary according to the size of the lawn--not as many will reasonably fit in front of a townhouse as will in front of a house on a large lot) of themed pieces of your choice (usually 20 or more), a congratulations card to remember the occasion, delivery, set up, clean up and removal.

How do I get a display?
You can either fill out the request a display form on the website and we will call you within 24 hours to arrange the details and payment. Or you can call us directly at (301) 898-5858 and we will take all the information over the phone. Please, if you need the display in less than 48 hours, call us. We will do all we can to fulfill your needs.
