These are our established terms and conditions.

Right to refuse to set up a display.

Conditions of Payment/Refund.

Prices for displays within Frederick County, Maryland begin at $65.00 plus delivery. Please call for delivery fees outside of Frederick County.

All payment must be made in full prior to the display being set up. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We will take your payment information when you call to set up a display.

We will offer a full refund under the following conditions:

We are unable to set up due to safety or severe weather concerns.

We set up at an address other than the one you specify.

We set up on the wrong day.

We will not offer a refund under the following conditions:

The recipient does not like the display and requests early removal.

Right to refuse to set up a display.

We will not set up in a location that we do not feel safe. This may apply to dogs running loose in the set up area or if we feel our personal safety is at risk in any other way. This judgement is entirely ours to make.

We can refuse to set up a display that uses vulgar or obscene language (in our judgment).

We will not set up under severe weather conditions - excessive wind, ice, sleet. This judgement is entirely ours to make.
